CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy We totally get that life happens! All we ask is that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Here’s the deal: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we’ll have to charge a 50% cancellation fee. If you don’t show up, we’ll need to charge the full price of the service. Running late? We’ll do our best to fit you in, but your appointment might be shortened or rescheduled, and the full price may still apply.
